Introduction
UNIPADEL indoor padel court linear lighting systems are designed to enhance visibility during matches and training sessions. Utilizing high-efficiency LED light sources and a low-glare scheme, they ensure uniform, stable, and comfortable lighting. The system offers two configurations: a four-sided surround linear lighting scheme for complete court coverage and elimination of dark areas; and a side-mounted linear lighting scheme that balances core lighting performance with energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Through scientifically designed installation height and beam angles, it creates a safe, fair, and high-standard professional lighting environment for indoor padel courts.

Installation method
The linear lights are installed using a modular hanging method: First, the mounting clips provided by us are fixed to the customer's 50×50 metal square tube in groups of 1.2 meters. Then, the 1.2-meter linear light strips are inserted into the clips one by one and fixed into a whole. Finally, the assembled square tube is suspended from the ceiling using a load-bearing matching hoisting chain, and the chain length is adjusted to keep the light body horizontal. Before installation, the square tubes need to be cut according to the site dimensions and allowance is reserved for splicing to ensure structural stability and uniform lighting effect.

Hot-dip Galvanized Frame & Structure
Imported polyester powder electrostatic spraying, point-to-point welding, more stable and quieter. The mesh wire is welded directly on the machine to reduce the contact area of the welding point. Standard: GB/T6728-2017, Grade: Standard zinc content 650g/m2, hot-dip galvanizing, thick galvanized layer, self-contained zinc layer, and has double anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties after spraying.

Padel Glass
12mm tempered glass (1990mm*3000mm/piece, 180kg) complies with EN12150-2:2004 standard, compressive strength>125MPa, impact strength is 4 times higher than ordinary glass, light transmittance is 87%, resistant to 110°C temperature difference, surface drilling treatment, suitable for standard competition and entertainment type padel courts.
