Main Framework: The side beams utilize large-section 100×200×3.0mm rectangular steel tubes, reinforced by 14mm-thick connecting plates and 8mm hot-dip galvanized steel plates that clamp the beams both internally and externally; the entire assembly undergoes a dual anti-corrosion treatment consisting of hot-dip galvanizing followed by powder coating.
Load-Bearing Base: The base frame is welded from 40×40mm steel tubing and paired with 18mm-thick, high-density, fire- and water-resistant specialty high-strength panels, achieving a maximum load-bearing capacity of up to 2,765 kg per leg.
