Customized Padel Courts Club in Medan, Indonesia
Two Panoramic Padel Sports Fields Completed in Medan, Indonesia
UNIPADEL has completed the construction of two panoramic Padel sports fields in Medan, Indonesia. The club was developed by an investor in the home furnishing industry who saw the rapidly growing market potential of Padel sports in Indonesia and hoped to expand new social and business opportunities through investment in sports and leisure facilities.
The project includes two Padel sports fields, one of which is a custom 19x10 meter size. Both fields feature a bright and eye-catching orange turf design that complements the overall style of the club. The fields are indoor structures with steel-framed roofs and high-intensity lighting systems, creating a professional and comfortable sports space.
Client Concerns: Building a High-Quality Padel Sports Field from Scratch?
While the client had extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, he lacked professional support in the field of sports field construction.
His main challenges included:
How to achieve a standard-sized Padel sports field layout within the existing factory structure?
How to ensure the structural safety, adequate lighting, and good visual appeal of the fields?
How to balance the initial investment with long-term operating costs?
The client sought a partner capable of providing customized design and rapid implementation to minimize trial-and-error costs and ensure construction quality.
Our Solution: UNIPADEL One-Stop Professional Delivery
Based on the client's needs, UNIPADEL offered a complete solution from design and production to installation.
The team customized a non-standard 19×10 meter court according to the site space plan, utilizing a panoramic hot-dip galvanized structure to ensure both visual openness and a comfortable playing experience. All posts and frames were constructed from high-strength carbon steel with a weather-resistant coating to extend their lifespan. The lighting system and orange artificial turf were professionally matched to achieve a unified aesthetic with high brightness and low energy consumption.
